Payment

1. Prepayment via Bank Transfer

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing our bank account details.

Process: Please transfer the invoice amount using your order number as the payment reference.

Processing: As soon as your payment has been received on our account, we will begin production or dispatch of your goods.

Note: Since many of our products are individually 3D-printed only after the order is placed, the stated delivery time begins only after receipt of payment.


2. Cash on Collection

You can collect your order directly from us in Weinböhla. This saves shipping costs and allows for a personal handover.

Important: Collection is only possible by prior appointment. We do not operate a physical retail store with fixed opening hours.

Process: Once your goods are ready (if applicable, after the printing process), we will contact you by email or telephone to arrange a suitable appointment for the handover.

Payment: Payment is made in cash upon collection. Please try to have the exact amount ready if possible.
