§ 1 Scope and Seller

(2) The offer is directed exclusively at end consumers who are at least 18 years of age. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

§ 2 Optional Customer Account

(1) During the checkout process, you have the option of creating a personal customer account. Registration is not required to make a purchase; orders can also be placed as a guest.

(2) The customer account serves to view order history and manage your data. You are obliged to keep your access data (password) confidential and to protect it from access by unauthorised third parties.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract (Shopify System)

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

(2) By clicking the button "Order with obligation to pay" you are submitting a binding purchase offer.

(3) The contract is only concluded upon our order confirmation by e-mail or upon delivery of the goods. The order confirmation automatically sent immediately after the order merely documents receipt of the order and does not yet constitute acceptance of the purchase offer.

§ 4 Special Features of 3D-Printed Products

(1) Manufacturing process: Our products are manufactured individually using the FDM (fused deposition modelling) or SLA (resin printing) process. Due to this technology, visible layer structures, slight surface irregularities, or minimal residues of support structures are inherent to the process. These characteristics are technically inherent and do not constitute a material defect.

(2) Material properties: The plastics used are generally not heat-resistant (risk of deformation from approx. 50–60 °C or through direct sunlight) and are not food-safe, unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description.

§ 5 Safety Information (GPSR Compliance)

(1) Not a toy: Unless expressly marked otherwise, our models are purely decorative items, collectibles, or display models. They do not have CE certification under the Toy Safety Directive.

(2) Warning: The products are not suitable for children (especially under 3 years of age). There is a risk of choking from small parts that may break off or be swallowed.

§ 6 Prices and Shipping

(1) The prices stated at the time of ordering apply. These include the applicable statutory VAT.

(2) Shipment is made at our discretion via reliable shipping service providers (e.g. DHL, DPD or Hermes). We use the Sendcloud shipping platform for this purpose. The applicable shipping costs are clearly shown in the shopping cart and in the order form.

§ 7 Payment Terms

We offer exclusively the following payment methods:

Advance payment by bank transfer: The invoice amount must be paid within 7 days to the account stated in the confirmation e-mail.

Cash payment on collection: Payment is made upon handover of the goods on-site in Weinböhla. A collection appointment must be arranged in advance.

§ 8 Right of Withdrawal and Return Shipping Costs

(1) Consumers are generally entitled to a statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal. For details, please refer to our separate withdrawal policy.

(2) Cost allocation: In the event of a withdrawal (provided it is not excluded pursuant to para. 3), you as the customer bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

(3) Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

(4) Specification for 3D printing: Withdrawal is excluded in particular for:

– Prints based on files submitted by the customer (e.g. STL files).

– Personalised models (e.g. with individual names, dates, or specific colour combinations on request).

– Scalings or geometry changes on the explicit instruction of the customer.

§ 9 Warranty and Liability

(1) Statutory warranty rights apply, taking into account the process-related characteristics referred to in § 4 para. 1.

(2) We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation).

§ 10 Final Provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

(2) Information on consumer dispute resolution: We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. We attach importance to resolving any discrepancies directly and amicably with our customers.

(3) Note for EU consumers: Regardless of the applicable law chosen above, you always benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of habitual residence within the European Union.
